Business Phone Line Communication and Privacy Compliance Policy
This policy governs the use of the ED MediaTV business phone line, (678) 667-8070 ("the Business," "we," "us"). It sets out how we will contact clients and prospective clients through this line, and how client information collected through it will be handled, in accordance with applicable privacy law.
1. Purpose of ContactThe business line (678) 667-8070 is used solely for legitimate business communication with clients, prospective clients, and vendors of ED MediaTV.
Contact made through this line will be limited to service-related matters, including responding to inquiries, confirming appointments, sending project updates, and providing billing documentation. This line will not be used for unsolicited marketing unless specifically opted into by the individual.
2. ED MediaTV Messaging Terms and Conditions
- The messaging program consists of service updates and direct business inquiries.- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.
- If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at edmediatv@outlook.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. For privacy questions, please refer to the remainder of this policy.
3. Consent and Opt Out by providing a phone number to ED MediaTV through any channel, a client consents to being contacted for the service purposes described. Any client may opt out of future contact by replying STOP, requesting removal verbally during a call, or contacting the Business directly.
4. Privacy, Information Handling, and Data Sharing ED MediaTV collects client phone numbers and related contact information solely to facilitate professional services. Specifically:
- Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
- Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing mentioned elsewhere excludes mobile opt-in data.
- We will not sell, rent, or trade client phone numbers or contact information to any third party.
- Client information will only be shared internally with staff and approved vendors directly involved in fulfilling a service engagement.
- Client information will be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for business, accounting, or legal record-keeping purposes.
